How to Make a light and refreshing cucumber rum cocktail

Another great summer drink! The sweetness of fresh, ripe cucumber goes well with the rum. For this drink, you will need: 1 slice of cucumber, small cucumber cubes, 2 ounces single barrel rum, 1/2 ounce lemon juice or passion fruit juice, 1/2 ounce honey syrup, ice and another slice of cucumber for garnish.
